The Alexa Global and Local ranks of a website are based on an approximate amount of visitors a given website receives. The more visitors, the higher the rank. QUANTCAST - an advertising-related data processing company - mostly specializes in real-time audience analysis and measurements. Just like ALEXA, this is not a metric of huge importance, so don't base your SEO decisions on QUANTCAST rank, specifically.
