QUANTCAST - an advertising-related data processing company - mostly specializes in real-time audience analysis and measurements. In other words it, like Alexa, is basing its rankings on approximate traffic numbers. Currently, QUANTCAST has rated around 259 711 647 websites. Just like ALEXA, this is not a metric of huge importance, so don't base your SEO decisions on QUANTCAST rank, specifically.
